PM stuck in outbox ?

Hi

how do I cure a PM stuck in my "outbox" which wont send ?

I have cleared down my "sent box" folder - which was 100% full , but the message i'm trying to send - though it tells me it has sent it - is still stuck in the outbox and isnt visible in my sentbox

I think it stays there until the person you sent it to reads it.
