Signatures have a 255 character limit that I could abuse, but I am not Cecil B. DeMille.

My favorite Mick Ralphs solo ever.

Ain't that about all, cute and disturbing at the same time. Didn't think that could exist outside of Anime.
Re: Memorable Solos, without a bunch of notes.
I vote for Paul Kossoff. He could play volumes with few notes.
Don't you boys know any NICE songs?

May be corny, but you can't deny Mr. Harrison's excellent guitar backed by super ALL STARS. Absolutely loved the guitar as a kid...Reeltarded wrote:
I like sub- or super melodic themes, like the Wings example ^^.. I like all that George Harrison stuff from 70-75. Doubled slide and/or leslie kind of just hammering the point.

With that vibrato, he could say more with one note than most can in a whole set.

Add my voice to this chorus in praise of Mr. Kossoff.crbowman wrote:Hell yeah!boots wrote:I vote for Paul Kossoff. He could play volumes with few notes.

The Ramones - I Wanna Be Sedated.

Not really know for playing few notes, when Andy Powell does it it's just brilliant. His reprise solo in Blowin Free (around 2:53) is one of my favorites using just a hand full of notes.

Miles, that soundcloud link is awesome. Tell me more about the band and your involvement.

Coming Apart is a demo on a drum loop with Greg singing and I am the band. Never got real drums. Ehh. I like it when the piano closes the phrase.
It's sadder than it is happy but I am glad people like it.
Thanks, Andrew. It's all just noises.
