I alwasy find it funny when these new-agers talk about recycling like its some new discovery.

for the rest of us we called it growing up poor - use everything till its done, then fix it and use it again.

lucky I dig old furniture - I got stuff worth multi-K's - and the younger folks dont want anything to do with antique furniture....Then I remind them thats how Im going to be able to retire at 50.

money aint for stuff - we build that. Moneys for supplies and utilities - and maybe a few parts so you can build it....

remember how every kid had duct-taped shoes and coats in middle school?
it really is a journey, and you just cant farm out the battle wounds
