Trinity Amps

Post by Slim66 »

Folks,

Does anyone know if they are still in business? I ordered something a week ago, but it's been radio silence since. No confirmation, etc. I tried calling, emailing, leaving a message on the website. No reply.

Thanks,

Slim

I went through the same thing a few years ago. Finally got my money back after several months through PayPal. I had a thread in their forum, think it's the same username I use here. I had paid for their Dumble style amp. All around very frustrating bad experience.

From my understanding the guy that originally owned it was very good with great, responsive service. So it had a great reputation. Not too long before I paid for an amp it changed ownership. You're experiencing the new owner's service. Read through the forum there and see if any others have anything to say or if the owner ever posts anything.

Damn. II was really hoping he was on vacation, or something.
