Here's a couple I've built for friends in the last 6 months.
The figured maple one is over a 100 yr old pine wood body taken from a 100 yr old hosiery mill in NC. It's called Millie.
The mahogany body one has a neck from an acoustic guitar. I ground the heel off and fashioned it a new one. 24.75" scale and the intonation is excellent. The mahogany top is also over a pine body. Ironically, I found someone was tossing away 2x12" knot free pine at the street corner so I grabbed a board.
Both guitars are hollow chambered with no f-holes.
The guitars went to guys who are great players and less than half my age. The guitars were free to them! Which was fun to be able to do. Mostly from left over projects and parts.
with respect, 10thtx

The article is confusing for so many of my friends. Perry says we and us meaning the idea between him and Dirk being a team. It is what Perry has done for most of his life with Dirk's money.didit wrote: ↑Sun May 25, 2025 3:32 pm Hello --
Wide an elasticized topic: here's one some few of y'all will appreciate.

Signatures have a 255 character limit that I could abuse, but I am not Cecil B. DeMille.
