Yup, Joe B has an everything. I don't understand the Joe B phenomenon, but I'm stoopid. I think it is more of a statement about the current music scene.

I saw a while back that the original designer of the Herzog built something like 10 of these for Bachman. I think he has been gifting them.

If I remember correctly, the design is discussed in detail in O'Connor's TUT3. It's touted as the "American Woman" tone, but I can get there with almost any amp with an OD pedal in front and a Les Paul with the tone rolled off.
