You can try turning the idle current down to get more cutoff. What is the amplitude of the LFO signal?

When I get back to the shop on Monday I'll scope it out and report back.
This amp, like my '67 Vibrolux Reverb, has a lot more gain available than I would have expected, but I've measured all the plate resistors and being CC types, they are all out of spec and on the high side. That probably accounts for it. They sound GOOD when cranked, though.
I'll probably keep the Vibrolux, and sell the Tremolux, eventually. I don't feel a need to keep both.
They're both good player's amps, not great examples for collectors.
I wish I knew of a source to get a replacement back panel for this Tremolux, one that doesn't have the extra holes in it. That would cover up those sins.
