From the chassis run last fall, power board centers are 3.625 x 4.5" and relay centers are 1.75"

Relay board... needs work
Here's a relay board I did in 2007. This board fits four relays onto the ExpressPCB 'proto' size board... so for the $50-odd dollars you get twelve relay boards.
When I did this board I was using custom chassis and didn't try to match the mounting hole spacing of the 80's style chassis. The design needs to be reworked for the current chassis mounting hole spacing.
For a group run, the best thing might be to make a single relay board out of this design and buy them in volume already cut up by ExpressPCB.
PS I'm not sure technical discussion is the right place for this thread... I'd be looking to find this kind of stuff in Dumble Files.

A try at a single relay board
Here's a single-relay board... outside dimensions 3/4" x 2" #6 mounting holes centered 1 3/4" apart.
Not laid out in the 'traditional' Dumble way, but I've found this to be a bit more flexible for me, YMMV.
Untested board, just noodling with ExpressPCB from the earlier design.

Just to add - the PCB Express files are untested, but the concept is not.
