Lil Rig Music Man
Pulled the little Music Man out of the cab to play around with it and shot a few pics while Ihad it out.. This was an early prototype to my X-Models..Right now it's running 2 JJ KT77's..Dual bias pots & OD trimmer on back chassis size Hammond 12x8x2.. I'll get some clips out soon.. Got any questions be glad to answer..

Yeah, it's amazing when build something like that and it isn't noisy.
My 6V6 Rocket was also a tight fit.

Cool!!.. What are you running 2 6V's?..How does it sound..Those are fun builds.. We did something kinda similar a while back in a Princeton chassis with a loop and mounted a holy grail inside called it the Blue plate Special (Blue tolex).. LOL!!..Everybody who played it loved it..

Yes 6V's. I used a Deluxe Reverb OT and it sounds great through an EVM12L. The head cab is tiny so I can put it in a suitcase and carry it on an airplane. I even added a passive effects loop using a stereo jack so I can connect it to the Dulator.talbany wrote: Bob

Ok, that was an early pic as I was just fitting the faceplate. It's been done for years now. It has a cool green jewel now

Re: Lil Rig Music Man
I hear ya on tight....how bout an ODS champ...20-W push pull. Now power (Allen amps) and new output iron...
I know you all hate PCB's, but it worked out nicely...
Nice amp Talbany..tight indeed.

Pretty cool!!..We were thinking of doing a single ended OD style w reverb in a champ chassis and calling it the CHUMP..
..
I got no problem w/PCB's

Wow, is that you're regular conversion PCB? I wouldn't have thought it would fit.FUCHSAUDIO wrote:I hear ya on tight....how bout an ODS champ...20-W push pull. Now power (Allen amps) and new output iron...

Tony, that's a great looking build.
Is that an RD-50 chassis?
