Gentlemen
According to "The Concise Oxford Dictionary of Quotations"
The quote should read "Religion...is the opium for the people" and it came
from "Critique of Hegel's Philosophy of Right"
I have not read Das Kaital so I conceed that there may be a similar
quote contained therein.

I know what it's from.
I was trying to say,
why are you talking about Marx on an amp thread ?
By the way, Marx would have preferred if the labor's didn't get paid anything for their work.
He liked the idea of slave labor.

His ideas put a lot of innocient people in misery for sure. I grew up in a Europe being devided by the Iron curtain. Glad that's all over.

It's a well known fact Marx was refering to the people who can afford Dumble amps when he wrote "Das kapital"

So getting back to Ceriatone Dumble amps verses others. I chose not to go Ceriatone because I wanted to be able follow along with other builders and the experienced Dumble builders in making my amps.
Sourced all the parts, jborder boards, CE chassis, and MC iron in the good ole USA.
It has been no easy task deciding what circuit to build even though the guys have made things so much easier for us then when they started.
Still not sure which amp I am building but it will be a learning experience compared to the other amps I have built.

mark go for a good ol' non-HRM. nice and simple and IMO the greatest dumble design with the skyliner stack. You cant really go wrong with a non-HRM in my opinion.
Also is it true that the 6PS caps are getting harder to find? I know ceriatone (attempts to) clone them, but what about the originals?
