Use these type for any Carbon Film resistors (Slope resistor, R/J, Mid, Grids on both Pre and Power amp). they're:

Why do you like those specific carbon films?
Do they make a 1W version?

IMHO I think they're superior sounding than others. They make a 1w too AFAIK. I think others would agree too Probably th closest composition you'll find compared to the Sprague Q-lines which are near impossible to find.
