Nik is just offering a kit for the Dumble-ized Champ as described here on TAG.

Before Nik get's thrown under the bus and we go burning witches, that Ceriatone Ultra Champ kit above has been around for years and it's not the exact same core as the Dumble Tweed Champ that CW posted.

For the record, HAD increasing the filtering 4uF across the board and changing the nfb resistor for the his Tweed Champ hardly makes it "Dumble-ized" as we expect, as for all practical purposes it's almost a stock values amp.
