I bought one of the Craftsman meter a year or so ago.. it crapped out,so i threw it in the pile with the rest of them. Finally got my Fluke today.
I also have a Wavetek that has been a great meter.
My craftsman looked different,or was an older model..so maybe the one listed is a bit better.

I bought one, in part because it has a built-in laser. Gotta love anything with a built-in laser.
