Got all noise solved, except for hum which is always part of SE amps I’ve built.

I'm way late to the party, and I see you've got the ringing problem resolved. When you said disconnecting the NFB reduced the amplitude of the ringing, that was a red flag for me. I would have suggested swapping the OT primary wires....
