So a 3/8" bit with a 1/16" allowed for the tolex. That makes sense. Now I look at the photos, I think that could be right... These are the photos of #201 I used to draw up the cab.

Re: ODS head
Hey alkuz, I just got the new corners from Tube Town tt-hwset25 https://www.tube-town.net/ttstore/set-c ... crews.html. These are a better fit with a 19mm wrapover for 1/2" radiused edges and corners. I'll take some photos when I install them later this evening.alkuz1961 wrote: ↑Tue Apr 04, 2023 6:54 pm ...The original Fender corners are really designed for the thickness of panels thicker than standard ones 3/4 (19мм)

But on Dumble amplifiers, other corners have always been used, like this - https://www.banzaimusic.com/Steel-corner-CS-2-WA.html

The new corners are better. Next time, I might go for a slightly thicker tolex. These new corners have something like a 19mm wrapover and they are okay. I think the Fender corners have a thicker plating but these are a slightly thinner material I think and so it's six of one and half-dozen of the other, but they will offer more than adequate protection.
