Pretty straight up Dumbleator here, although in a smaller package. And it could have been smaller still. Case is a Modu Galaxy 1u 230x230mm. It's the feet that make it high, but because of them it is also possible to put the Dumbleator over the amp handle without wobble or instability.
Transformer is a Tube Town toroid (TT-27). it has multiple secondaries, but the 240V one was a bit too low for a Dumbleator. So I put it in series with the 25V one and that did the trick. Transformer is actually for an Engl e520. It delivers 1.3A @ 6.3V, so with the single 12ax7 in a Dumbleator I got a much higher voltage: 7.4V, yikes. 2.7r resistor in series with the filaments did the trick.
I use on-off-on bright switches. On the brightest settings stock values, the lowest half of that. Makes for really versatile and usable bright switches.
PCB based on original layout, but somewhat narrower. I attached it here.
