Now I'm looking for a good speakers , I think a 2x12.
It was difficult for me this first project but with your helpless my Amp it's ok , and I'm very happy.

Nice work! If you did the chassis yourself, how did you get the hole for the IEC inlet?

the chassies aluminium has done a carpenter/blacksmith friend of mine while the cabinet I built myself.

The sound seems good , I've tried with a 4x10 or 4x12(I don't know)Marshall of a friend but I don't love it. I don't know the speakers inside.
would prefer to try other speakers.
I haven't a good strumentation for recorder.....for now.

Any reason why you used a 1K dropping resistor to the PI? Was your voltage really low?? I had to do that on one of my amps because the plates were at 411V. If you are in the 440V range, I'd suggest the "standard" value of something in the 3K range.

Hi , You are wrong , the 1K resistor is between B+4 and B+5 , beetwen B+2 and B+3 there is 2,2K !!
the voltage on 6L6 was ok, on the tube V3 (P.I.) 311/317V, V1 = 211-207V, V2 = 200-209V, V4 (reverb) 256V-162V.
to lower the tension on V3 I changed the primary PT from 230 to 240V.
Now my voltage are:
V1=200-196V
V2=200-202
V3=(P.I.) 278-290V
V4=(reverb)246-153V
B+1=443V
B+2=441V

Hi Sergio. Great looking build. Quite a mix of resistor types too. But I'm stumped. What is the green cloth wire the extends from the studs between the boards and the speaker impedence switch and ends somewhere between pins 7 and 8 of the tube between OD and the PI? Is this a "one tube" reverb?

Yes , is a tube reverb. the mix of resistor because I did not find some res. values in metal film , I can always replace them next time.

Can I ask you about your reverb circuit? I am doing a Fender Mod and am using the reverb circuit on this Dumble-style schematic. What reverb circuit are you using, I can't tell from the pictues, and I don't see the little trimmer like the layout I am showing. Hi , there's not trimmer in your schematic, you're doing confused, is a resistance of 100K.(in my post =R1).
For me the drawing is deceiving
The central of reverb pot. go to .1uF directly.
I have build my amp with this schematic (like your , but without 4,7M res. and 470K instead your 220K).

Ok, I see now that you are using just the 100k resistor. I agree, that hand-drawn schematic is confusing with the 100k, it really looks like a trimmer to me.
Here is another layout the could be interpreted as either a trimmer or 100k resistor http://ampgarage.com/forum/download/file.php?id=595.
I have not wired mine up yet, so I could try both ways.

Ok , use the 100K res. , and careful to the cathod resistor , for drive is 820 Ohm and for recovery is 2K2 Ohm , your two schematics are different!.
