The cathod resistor labeled 3k3 in the package was 3M3... now everything's right.

But I think my Roland Cube Mini sounds better than my #183 dumble clone or Trainwreck amps.

Use 1 watt resistor, carbon or metal film...
I used 47r 1w... because I had no more 100r!

Back from a gig...
plugged my amp elsewhere and no more hum ... first concert for my #183!
the problem is certainly bad ground or bad power in my home. I told you I had the same frequency/noise on my other amps, but not as loud...
but because of my wireless system? I will try it at home.
