thanks everyone,

I've been out of the game for a long time. I'm basically looking for a marshall format to run some pedals. You have been very helpful

Marshall Kit Advise

I was thinking about building a Marshall Kit. I was looking at the following options:

Mojotone JTM45
TubeDepot Classic British JTM45+

Has anyone built either of these kits. Just curious on your thoughts.

Cheers,

Paul,

I offered to de-goop this amp, but the owner wanted to leave it alone. If it ever breaks he has Funk and Dogears contact info for repair.

Here are some pics of an ODS100HRM. No circuit revelations will be revealed that Gill, Funk, Dogears and many others have not already shared. I'm posting these pics to help some of guys who may have layout issues. Mr. D is a master craftsman for sure! PASSWORD: dumble08 http://smg.photobucket.com/al...

Re: Real Tube 901 Tube Driver Ground Question

Andy,

I took your advice! I resolder the earth ground and bought a 3 prong to 2 prong adapter to left the ground for silent operation when I'm at home.

Real Tube 901 Tube Driver Ground Question

I recently bought a Real Tube 901 Tube Driver, it's the black version with the added mid control. I really like it but I noticed it has an unusually high ground hum compared to my friends original Tube Driver. His has a two pronged plug and mine arrived with a three pronged plug. Suspecting a ground...

Re: Bludotone makes the Big Leagues....

Good thing my Bludo is done and will be here in a week!! Nice that some "experienced" hands got to burn her in as well!! I have a feeling Funk is going to be a busy bee. ;) Larry was heard after the gig saying he couldn't believe he finally got the Lerner Signature Tone  . Pretty cool that Ca...

High Cut Circuit

I'm interested in incorporating the High Cut Circuit (ala K60) into an amp I would like to build. Can anyone lead me in the right direction on some online info on how to add it to an amp circuit. Or maybe some circuits to study to see how it is done. I would really like to know the ins and outs of h...

Scott,

Killer sounding amp, even better playing. I agree with Stelligan, I never tire of hearing you play.
