The only other typical options are to use a lower HT voltage, change from fixed to cathode bias, or if there’s a quad of output valves, to disconnect a pair. I have a Fender 75 head ( 80' Rivera ...) which use a such solution by switching resistor to get a lower HT and for changing bias to go from ...

My FUCHS are not too bad at low volume when I need to play at home ( ODS30 Combo and Triple Drive Head 100W even if I use it at 50W at home removing 2 tubes and changing HP impedance ).
