2nd Gen Hybrid Clips?
Does anybody have any clips of a 2nd gen hybrid they've built? I'm thinking about building one and would like something to reference. Thanks in advance!

Re: Twin Reverb's Odd Reverb Problem
Thanks guys, I put a new 12AT7 in V3 and still the same issue. With cables in correct there is no reverb but with the cables swapped I get some reverb, I can't wrap my head around why this would happen. I will try to get it apart and test the reverb driver this afternoon to see if it is shot but I d...

Re: Twin Reverb's Odd Reverb Problem
I thought it could be the new tube in V4 so I tried 2 different known good ones and had the same problem. Also, with RCA cables in correctly I can bang on the tank and no noise at all, with them reversed I can hear it clanging when I bang on it. Thank you for the suggestions Leo.

Twin Reverb's Odd Reverb Problem
My 65 Reissue Twin Reverb was popping and cracking and I narrowed it down to a bad tube in V4. So I swapped it out and the amp now sounds great but now I don't have reverb and I'm pretty sure it was there prior to changing the tube. I reversed the RCA cables going into the amp and I have some reverb...

Re: Dumbleland for sale
I'm glad this thread sent me over to Maverick Music's site, it was good to see that an amp I built for a guy locally is on there in some pretty good company :). Granted it is probably the cheapest item they have ever had on the site , it is the Elite Amp next to the 300 SL. It's also good to see it ...

Re: Single Ended Amp Problem - Fuse Blowing
I will have to snap some pictures of the insides to post, the PT is BDG-2540-60. The rectifier is bridge, attached is the schematic I did.

Single Ended Amp Problem - Fuse Blowing
I am building a single ended amplifier based on a 5F2A but with solid state rectification and after a few hiccups I am now stuck. After 5-10 seconds after powering the amp on the fuse blows, I took the tubes out and it did the same thing. I was lucky enough to have my guitar plugged in the first tim...
