Keep track of the time taken and at the end consider that the job was for a friend and establish a forfait amount for your job then add the cost of the parts this will be a reasonable price I personally didn't ask any fee for my job and usually receive something (the more often good quality wine bot...

For a small amount of time (wrongly) I've considered a different option

something like P2 on the schematic I posted previously

where the wiper is connected to ground :wink:

BTW

One option will be also to use two (in this case 150W) output transformers

like in the late '60 JTM45-100 Marshall amp

Connections may be arranged also in different way

Not that is a preferable way, but it is feasible

I don't remember well but, as far as I can remember, the AC100 had (seriously ?) problems to the Bias circuit IMHO worth doing research on the subject, may be you can plan a mod to that part of the circuit before to have problems, if you decide to go for a clone BTW , if you are interested I've a bi...

This is an unusual but effective way for a standby

note, a relays disconnect the CT of the B+ and G2 supply windings and an SPST connects G2 to the negative voltage
