There's quite a few here that could. You're better off finding someone geographically close to you, that way it can be tweaked to your liking, IMHO.
Where are you located?

I don't think anyone will build you one for the ceriatone price.

but then again, buying from a member of this forum probably means, that you'll be buying an amp that will come the closest to the real thing, both in construction and quality of parts, these guys here have done their homework for some time now, and I believe some of them have had the opportunity to play or check/repair these amps.
the ceriatone on the other hand is a cost effective aproximation, they're probably cool amps, but not the closest you can get.
I've had the chance to get my hands inside a couple of ceriatone amps, and while I think they're great alternatives for a guitar player on a budget to own a good handwired aproximation of a classic amp, I'm also able to garantee you I'd rather build my own amp with my own chosen parts (or a really high quality kit/amp) than buying a ceriatone kit.
So you'd need to make a decision regarding what you want.

Check out brown-note.com or bludotone.com, just to name a few off the top of my head. They've got prices.

I'm going for the John Mayer sound. Anyone have any suggestions? He usually plays his sig Two Rock with Two Rock Sterling(SSS) and a ODS.

Please watch Jm play machine gun on youtube before you want to go for that jm sound. I am not a fan of the player but I will say that all of his real d's sound amazing. The sounds are different for different amps...sss is clean tone only(no od channel), the bluesmaster pi makes the amp sound bluesy, the hrm well not as harsh of od as the non-hrm...the skyline is a little cleaner on the clean tones than the pre-skyline days, but there is some balls out there openness to the preskyline days. If you play more reserved like jm than I would say hrm w/ skyline and the bmpi if you're into blues. Hope that helps.
