That's the problem. Something is shorted to chassis. Suspect the first or second filter cap. Or wire shorting.Pin 8 to chasis 0 ohms
Remove the HT fuse. Is pin 8 to chassis still 0Ω?

I move the fuse holder and now it's 3.47 M Ohm pin8 to chasis!
But when I try It again was 0 ohms again and now it's 19.16 M ohms!

Sometimes I can check M ohms and other times 0

I have a few quick questions for you.
1. Did you build this amp? When?
2. Has it ever worked? If so, when did it stop working? What was the last thing you did to the amp before it quit working?
3. Do you know the difference between 0 and OL on a DMM?

I didnt build It, I buy It and It was working but one day stop making any sound
OL means infinite

You are right, i use another multímeter and It reads OL pin8 to chasis. Thanks

So the rectifier isn't the problem, maybe it's the choke?

Could I check violet circle to chassis and yellow to chassis to know If this cap and choke are working correctly?

On your 3rd output tube socket from the left it looks to me from your last photo that pin 3 is shorting to pin 2 .
