These four:
* Ampeg PortaFlex PB-350 Micro Amp Head 350w w/headphone
* Carvin BX250 250w Bass Micro Amp w/headphone
* Gallien Kruger MB200 200w Bass Micro Amp w/headphone
* TC Electronic BH250 Bass Micro Amp w/headphone

Got any experience with one?

I have one of these in stock and it's pretty loud at 1.5lbs. I think it's class D power. http://traynoramps.com/bass/small_block/product/sb200h/ I could plug a guitar into it and check it out if you want.

I've also played with a bass player who used a TC and the effects made it kinda blatty sounding and didn't cut well.

Thanks. Checked it out as well. Not what I'm personally seeking with other
micro amp heads to consider. I want a "micro" small foot print amp head.

Anybody famous use the Traynor?
Any renown recordings use the Traynor :?:

ER ~ Thanks for the suggestion.
The Ampeg Micro Micro VR is a bit too much in height and weight.
Has the perfect headphone circuitry features and 1/4" speaker outs.
The following four are the ones I'd consider testing out.
Have you any experience with any of them? any opinions/thoughts?

* Ampeg PortaFlex PB-350 Micro Amp Head 350w w/headphone
* Carvin BX250 250w Bass Micro Amp w/headphone
* Gallien Kruger MB200 200w Bass Micro Amp w/headphone
* TC Electronic BH250 Bass Micro Amp w/headphone

Thanks again.

Yeah you're right these are not very cool. And they only have everything your looking for as well as;
Made in Canada not over seas
2 Year transferable, UNCONDITIONAL WARRANTY

and it's way too big to wear as a pinky ring

Sorry Randal ~ The Traynor SB200H is awesome. Will check it out.
Maybe was thinking Ampeg when commenting on a Traynor remark.

By the way. What are the positives of the Speakon connectors over two 1/4" speaker outputs? To me, adding more cable wiring and buying
Speakon to 1/4" adjustments is an un-needed hassle.

What do you think?

It has a combo speakon/quarter inch jack. Speakons can't be pulled out accidentally.

Best of luck to you

Interesting. Anyway, the Traynor is very cool. It does have most everything I am looking for as well. Not made over seas. Great warranty. It is surprising ~ must admit. I have a pinky ring, so no objection towards that point.

Please don't misinterpret, I was talking about two different Traynor products. The pedal amp was wimpy in my opinion, the micro bass head is pretty sweet.

best of luck
