Had the same issue with my tweed Tremolux replica.

I intended to replace the board with G10 but never got around to it. Short-term solution? Took the input grid resistors off the board and into the tube socket directly:

It will eventually get worse from there, DC can travel all over the board and make it way into the volume pots as well as other areas.

I now wouldn't use anything but Garolite, I suspicious of tag strip too.
