Thanks Aleksander. OT ratio is good enough for me. Loaded test will be in the amp I've now got to build around these new transformers. :D

And here are some final pics of the assembled output transformer. I re-used the mounting brackets from the original donor transformer and new screws.

The power transformer is going to be a bit more work. Couldn't find any suitable brackets even to redrill or anything for the PT at the hardware store. So I bought a small length of steel to cut, grind, drill and bend up my own. Once I've done that I'll have pics of the assembled PT too.

Epic. Thanks for the show!

Brackets are made, and the PT is finally done. All assembled and looking good. It's dark now so photos won't work too well so I'll take some and post them in the morning.

Bravo! When you start your build using these, please post a link here, so we can follow along. This has been a very exciting thread for me. Thanks for taking the time to keep us up to date, katopan.

And thanks for taking such an interest Lou. I'm not planning a conventional build so I don't know how it would be received here. It'll be an Express circuit but I want to experiment with different output valve options (hence the various PT taps). Planning on a pair of octal sockets for the standard arrangement with a quad of noval sockets for a lower power option in the one chassis.
