Sergio as you're in Italy why don't you give InMadOut transformers a call. They built the transformers for my Dumble Bluesmaster 100w and they're the best transformers I've ever used.
if you're building a Rocket you can use Vox Ac30 transformers. Mike at modulus amps can sort you out a set.

Re: trainwreck trafos brand
I Agree mostly... the AC-30 transformers are actually very close to the right specs for an Express build. They run a little hot (over voltage) for a traditional Rocket or Liverpool but still make for a good sounding amp.norburybrook wrote:Sergio as you're in Italy why don't you give InMadOut transformers a call. Savino from InMadOut can set you with whatever specs you send him. I used three sets from him. Impeccable quality and the PTs hit the voltage specs within 1v.
Very nice.

I know Savino well enough to say that he is a very good source for irons. They are very good quality overall, fast in the delivery, reasonable in price and Savino is a really kind man. Thumbs up for him.
FWIW, i already built some trainwreck stuff with his irons(Custom built) and have been really satisfied.
