Yes, that's the case. the Cut control still works with Volume down low and gain up high, but it's not very noticeable. I'll tinker if the bug bites me.

Very cool looking build xtian!
Cover it all around with plexi glass and add some Led lights and it would be a Hughes and Kettner!
