Did you get this fired up?
Also, I see you used the 300uf 250v - I’m starting to gather parts and had the same question as you on the 250v versus the 300v on the layout. I’m assuming the 250v are acceptable? (Seems silly to ask as you are using them but just want to double check!)

Not sure I would feel comfortable running an amp with 500V max on the caps, especially with higher line voltages these days.

Since you have the 250V caps in there, I would go ahead and power it up with no tubes, maybe with a limiter at first and then at full line voltage, and see where you end up on each of the two caps. That's going to be the worst case typically.

Those caps saw 450-460v at that point, so yes it worked well, however if you can find higher rated ones go for it.
