I read through the other thread on the Gear forum and don't spend a lot of time over there. In case there are others that don't want to read through the 8 pages of posts here is a summary:

1) Larry likes the Bludotone
2) Larry's Dumble is not exactly like the circuits posted here used for most clones
3) Larry's Bludotone may have a special circuit just for Larry.

4) Larry knows quality when he hears/ sees it. :D

Larry sets his amp for the room he's in, not one of these guys who sets his controls the same all the time and then bitches about the room-- I think that's why there are tone controls right??

In my basement with a tele that amp needed the mids at 12:00 bass at 12:00 and treble about 11:00.

At the Suncoast Larry had the mids around 9:00 and the bass a touch above that-- he also had the input volume at about 3:00 and the master well above 12:00

Thanks! I'd certainly do the same for you!

Does this mean that LC is not worried about HAD's reaction / response?
