They are marked to show the polarity of the cap, although some are marked on two sides because I measured the caps once with a meter/foil and marked them, then read a blurb on the Aiken site about using a scope so I tried that and some of the results were different so I wound up marking them again. I went with the orientation based on scope marked caps but in all honesty Im not sure how accurate it was and Im not super concerned about it.
