Gonna implement the Vibrochamp circuit with a 6SL7.

NO -it is not handling the audio path. ONLY the control signal for the trem function. So I would have no hesitation in using even a MOSFET for the trem oscillator. While ducking and looking for my flameproof underwear of-course.
