Do yourself another favor and get 4 new screen resistors and move them from the board to each socket where they should be!

Why? It seems to be working fine now. My vote is to change the filters, which will probably restore some low-end punch.

Thank you, everyone. It's running great now! I'm getting plate readings of 455.2VDC across all four tubes. I can't get the bias into 60% range, but it's not too hot. I run the amp at 117VAC line input, which put the bias at 42mV. I'd still like to get it down a bit though. I was going to increase the "fizz" cap to 110pf, but I'll try a 5751 or 12AT7 as a PI first. I'd also like to replace the Marshall V30's with G12-65's.
I have to say... The Marshall 6100LM is one hell of an amp! From cleans to crunch to crush, this thing destroys!
