I tried stem cell therapy for my knee pain, and honestly, it went great! They used stem cells from my fat, took about three hours in total, and I felt pretty much fine afterward. There was minimal discomfort, and the recovery was a lot quicker than I expected compared to knee surgery. Within a few weeks, my pain was way down, and my knee felt so much better. I’m back to moving around easily, which is such a relief.
Here's an article that should help you understand the whole process—how they extract and inject the stem cells, the benefits, and the risks

Anyone tried stem cell therapy?

The Russians have been studying fasting since the world wars (As they have had much experience with starvation in their history) and now have residential clinics where a patient is slowly starved under monitoring. Bloodwork and exam every day, intermittently dosing broth/nutrients intermittently as needed to stave off death. Patients lose food sensitivities, diabetes, liver damage, allergies, auto immune issues, and many medical conditions and diseases thought incurable. Apparently the near death condition makes the body re-boot, shagging off all those annoyances and resetting the immune system. I'd like to see other nations get on board and help remove many of the diseases of first world living. As the clinics would be moneymakers, even in the U.S. it would be feasible, especially since the insurance industry would save as they would spend less treating these many physical issues. Hey RFK, let's get on this!alnight wrote: ↑Wed Jan 31, 2024 11:10 pm I forget exactly where I read it, I think it may have been something by Dr. Edward Group, that a two week water fast has the same effect as $250,000 worth of stem cell therapy. I try to do it once a year, and I'd say it helps with my overall issues. I haven't had stem cell therapy to compare it to though. Anyway, something worth looking into and make your own decision on. Though I do find that the health care industry tends to emphasize the "industry" aspect these days and denigrate anything they can't make money off of.

There is no way I'm gonna fast. The food is too good here

I haven't tried it, but reading this article and seeing your feedback makes me really want to try stem cell therapy. Dealing with knee pain can be frustrating, and the idea of a non-surgical option that actually promotes healing sounds promising to me.

That’s actually wild and kind of fascinating. I’ve seen some of those Russian clinic studies pop up now and then, and the results sound almost unbelievable, like the body just strips itself down and rebuilds better.TUBEDUDE wrote: ↑Sat Nov 30, 2024 12:20 pm The Russians have been studying fasting since the world wars (As they have had much experience with starvation in their history) and now have residential clinics where a patient is slowly starved under monitoring. I don’t think I’d have the guts to try full-on therapeutic starvation, though. For me, I’ve been using medical cannabis here in the UK to manage some of those “first world” stress-related issues, and it’s been the most grounded and effective option I’ve had.
