So any update to provide on your build?

Having built an Ultraphonix with two different channels, the second being a variation of a JCM800, I am curious to hear yours with the cascading gain.

There is already a lot of gain on my build's second channel, and probably way too much for the kind of music I play... I suppose the choice of a 12 AT7 is to reduce a bit the gain in the PI?

No updates yet unfortunately. I've designed the board layouts and wire runs, but haven't started to build yet. I have all of the components on hand including faceplates I had etched and painted. Just need some actual time to assemble it all.

The choice of a 12AT7 is also for improved performance with the tail choke. An AX7 with the choke I chose won't draw enough current to center bias.
