If you took him and all of the other trash that does this and added all the money together that they have pilfered, it wouldn't equal a fraction of the money given to corporate welfare, military gouging, or the billions wasted on Iraqi infrastructure projects that were never completed and abandoned. I have taken extensive courses in college on African American history, have many older African American friends and clearly if you think absentee fatherhood is due to the policies of Lyndon Johnson you are incredibly clueless. You need to take some real courses in school for your education instead of using the 24 hr news cycle. P'raps you've been "extra sensitized" due to your intensive education on the subject. Would appreciate it if you were more specific. The rest of us aren't up-to-date on the latest additions to the "code book." If you're too shy to do that here, no problem, how about a link to a current glossary.

BUT here's one for ya. NPR report yesterday. NYPD code when undertaking a stop & frisk operation or similar, now "people of color" are referred to by the code "citizens." How's that for irony.

If you ask me - and even if you don't - the problem is that conversations like this start off with, or quickly devolve to: "That's racist!" "You must be a Progressive idiot!" "You heard that on Fox News!" "Your Professors are all commies!"

They keep us at each others' throats so there's no chance anyone will ever stand up and say, "Excuse me, but what the hell do you think you're doing?"

The current debt is approaching GDP, which hasn't happened since FDR and Truman (WWII and the Depression). Bad enough, but unfunded future liabilities are five times that.

The government doesn't have any money of its own; it spends yours and your children's and devalues your assets.

What would be so wrong with insisting that these petty tyrants live within their means (OUR means) and limit themselves to the powers they actually have?

When someone proposes a solution, if your first reaction is to say "You want dirty air and seniors eating dog food," or "You just want to reward non-productive people who will vote for you," then you have become the unwitting tool of people who have no respect for you.
