I liked this so much I replayed it 4 times and listened to the songs that came after!
Makes me want to leave this hustle bustle life of the big city and buy me a big spread somewhere and watch the sun come up in the morning and the stars shine bright at night!
I will just have to get use to not watching the neighborhood getting gentrified and little art galleries popping up.

Cheers

This guy is a friend of mine (Eric Lindell), used to sing in one of my bands back in the early 90's. We were never this good.

Gary Clark Jr. just knocked it out of the park on SNL. That man is a giant.

I watched it as well last night. The solo he did on his first set with the explorer style guitar was amazing!

I saw Graham Nash perform last night. I was indifferent about going, but some friends made it a social occasion, so I thought why not? My indifference was totally misplaced. This man is an icon. If you have a chance, go see him. You'd never think he's 76 years old.

Guitar player Shane Fontayne was with him. He brought a Matchless with matching 2x12 cab and what I think is a Fender Princeton, and rack of guitars. What a tasteful player. But what really got me was how he made his Strat sound like Jerry's pedal steel on Teach Your Children. At first I thought it was a B-bender, but it seems he did it with a volume pedal, tremolo bar, and just plain old, hard won technique. Here, I found him doing it on youtube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V_f9Up7vTa0 lousy recording, but you'll get a clear idea of this.

Signatures have a 255 character limit that I could abuse, but I am not Cecil B. DeMille.

A fine gallop. Rhythm rolls, not canters.

Yesterday I got a pop urge first thing and I listened to a few songs and ended up in some strange space. I used this to fix what got broke.

Some good stuff right here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MC5U2fPMTVQ Jorma and Jack together for some Hot Tuna action at the ranch, and the audio is great. Was live streaming last night.
