Hi Lousse,
thanks for sharing these.My first guess would be that the extra pot
is a Ratio control, or maybe OD entrance trim.Seems that the first filter
cap was moved and replaced with a radial type.
Also intersting that the PI tube was changed to a 12 AX7 from the original
12 AT 7, something that was the topic of discussion here some time ago.
I wonder if the PI circuitry was changed as well.

Usually it's the FET input that's taped over by guys like Ford & Carlton. For once the Nor input is!

Maybe it's the FET volume trimmer on the back?

Man I haven't seen David Lindley in a few years.
This shot was in 2008. He starting to show his age.

A trim for the FET is a good option as Lindley was complaining his ODS sounds good with lap, but not so good with guitars cause he was changing too often...

I guess a FET trim will help him switching between the silvertone, to the vox and then back to the supros... (In the studio)
