I've heard that the cabs are alessandro's and he's running Heritage Greenbacks, but don't know which ones.

More than likely the G12H 30 watt w/55 Hz cone..Nice Speaker!!
If that's the case I would assume the cabs are closed back..

I saw the back of the cabs on another site recently.

One cab had a pair of Celestion Golds, one had Celestion G12 Century Vintages (neodymium) and at least one (possibly both) of the other cabs had G12-65's.

Can't say which pairings were for which amps though.

I saw him using this rig on his recent UK Tour, it did sound great in Manchester Apollo. However, I had a pair of Celestion Vintage Neo's and I absolutely hated them, they were awful in my opinion.
Now, the Jensen Neo's are a different matter, I'm getting to really like those.

Years ago no-one believed me when I said I saw Robben Ford with a pair of G12T75's in his Dumble cab, and he sounded great! It's true, honest!

I saw the same rig down in London at about the same time and his tone was to die for. Then again, so was Robbie's and David's.

I'd be really interested to know what he uses the different cabs for.

Yes. The cabs are Alessandro Cabs (Hardwood, not plywood, poplar stained black).

Assuming the cabs are hooked up to the amps that is sitting on it...

Under the Two Rock Mayer Sig is a pair of Celestion Heritage G12-65's in the top cab and Celestion Golds in the bottom cab.

Under the Dumble SSS is a pair of Celestion Heritage G12-65's in the top cab and Celestion Century Vintage Neo's in the bottom cab.

This photo doesn't show it but in the UK he also had a Fender (Bandmaster?) head sat on top of the adjacent rack and no obvious cab for it, so it might have been running though one the Alessandro cabs, or it could have been a backup.

If it was in use then it certainly doesn't help in trying to figure out which cabs are which though.

I have a pair and when they are in a sealed cabinet they are great. And paired with a G1265 they are awesome.
They are bright speakers when sitting in your living room, but they cut through a mix extremely well.
You have to tweak the amp for the Celestion Neo's,but when you do they are superb speakers.
Crystal latice or vacuum, that is the question.

That was probably my problem. I had them in Fuchs Mod Twin Reverb in an effort to keep the weight down, it was so damn heavy. The best it ever sounded was with a pair of pre-rola G12H30's, but I couldn't carry it!
