I am working on a Tonex surprise

Just a v1.0 test layout on ipad

You will need a bluetooth midi i/o. Still researching CME Brand. I only intend this setup for setup. You can add what you want with the designer app I am using. I will connect devices, setup controls, then disconnect. This is just to make all controls available from a single page.

Bummer. I can't suggest this app or finish this project. It is now a subscription that is $3 per month or $125 buy it forever.

I might buy the resources to create a universal app of rotary encoders instead.

This guy wrote a script that let Steinberg Cubase CMC controllers work with Pro Tools & it is now open source: http://www.atom-music.nl/studioconnector/
Multiple controllers could be used at once.
He used Bome's midi translator to perform the tasks: https://www.bome.com/products/miditranslator#

Cubase pro has a midi controller editor that may do this also.

May be worth a gander. Those old CMC-QC controllers had 8 rotary encoders and 12+ buttons. Might could cannibalize his script to work.

I am going to talk to the developer of the other thing to have him commandeer my layout and sell it for $10 as a separate app.

If I can get him to answer the tone signal.. beep beep be deep..

I don’t know how related this is but there’s a guy on GitHub who created software and a gui to interface with the Tonex One. You can use all twenty presets and have access to all settings. I use it and it rocks.
