Re: told ya so
no reason for it not to be here IMO. to read or not to read...it's your choice
Re: told ya so
What if some anonymous person, say "a friend", was to spot a drone overhead and accidentally fired a rifle and said drone crashed to the earth?
Trouble is, I just watched a "Top Secret" show about UAV's and they can make them the size of a small bird (probably smaller by now).
Try to keep the political stuff out.

Re: told ya so
Will have to start a drone patch club. ya know like fighter pilots.
Actually i read somewhere yesterday that they arrested some guy for shooting one of there ground robots. they had sent into his house. F'em.

Re: told ya so
Read in the NYT that drone pilots suffer PTSD. I think that's actually a good thing but it's one hell of an odd virtual humanity we're evolving into.
Re: told ya so
Where were all the patriots when Reagan accelerated the giveaway of the USA to the uber-rich and the special interests?

Shut up, Jana.

LOL
I lasted until the thread got into the 3rd page before I said anything. I was busy though--I was researching the differences between Alcoa and Reynolds. I'm still not sure which is better. Any thoughts?

I will tell you right now i didnt say anything about parties cant stand either of them. The point is its a corporation controlling things NOT A CONSTITUTIONAL GOV. And i said before its we the peeps against them. when they close the fn doors in dc to do there dirty work, they both sides are one.
They keep this left wing right wing crap going to keep people occupied by fighting each other instead of what you should be doing fighting them.
Every president along the way has been worse by design.

Re: told ya so
Oh, plates--that gives me an idea.
1. Take two aluminum pie plates.
2. Put a sheet of waxed paper between them (waxed paper is better, it is more vintage than plastic wrap).
3. Connect a wire to each pie plate--viola--a capacitor.
4. Here's the part I'm not sure about. Which way should it be polarized when wearing it? Connect a 9 volt battery to it, but should the top plate be the negative so that it is charged with electrons? (to deflect any incoming waves). That would make the bottom plate (the one nearest the skull) positively charged which means it would be at an electron deficit. That might help suck any stray particles away from the brain. Will 9 volts be enough or maybe more?

In a tank of dead still water suspend two metal plates about one planck length apart. Outside the plates waves flow as normal but look very closely at what is going on between the plates.
Best I could do on short notice.

Might need to be non polar.
Brain might require push pull for positive/negative thoughts.
We need some more positive thoughts around here lately.
Or a different cap.
I feel some V1 rolling coming.
Just for entertainment.
Might be just me - but maybe not.

Re: told ya so
but . . . but . . . but . . . isn't a non-polar cap analogous to a bi-polar cap? I don't think we want to increase bi-polar activity.
