Moss Hudson (BrownNote amps) passed away

Post by Normster »

Moss passed away yesterday at 10:00 am. I’ll miss his humor and technical wizardry, but mostly his friendship. RIP Moss.

Aww, man. That's sad to hear. He was one of the first guys I talked to about amps that kinda set me on the path. Super cool dude.

Norm, so sorry to hear this! Did he have an illness, or was it sudden?

The D'Lite kit was also the first D style amp I built. They were great to learn on since they were not crazy complicated.

RIP Moss

Moss was a great guy. I have known him since 1985. He made his first Brown Note amp, the "Frank Chapman Custom" for my younger brother. Moss will be missed. See the youtube video link of it. (If anyone ever sees this for sale, please let me know, my youngest brother pawned it when Frank was out of state...)
