Just stumbled on the mp3's made with the lil devil...AWESOME man, my express is coming along nicely, I just put up some pics and a question about the wiring since I didn't drill all the tranny holes exactly as I should have.
We should have a few up and running soon. I posted some suggestions regarding your filter caps in your thread. Looking good so far! Let us know when you get -r-done.

According to the data sheets I have 50 ma per tube is max. I would assume if you ran them that hard you would be red plating. At any rate I have not had any problems with the trannys getting hot. I will get one of the prototypes running and let it cook into a dummy load for a few hours dimed and we will see how it goes. We can always change it to a "B or C" if needed.

here's hoping nothing on the BOM is a long lead-time item
drool.........
I have a little of the BOM completed with all of the resistor and cap values. I will work on the rest tonight when I get my mouser order in. I stocked up on a lot of the parts like caps, pots, filter caps, cliff jacks and misc stuff. I still haven't heard anything from my chassis guy. I also have a bunch of the "home made" power supply boards done. I am thinking that i will be able to sell different packages this go around like the board, tubes, cap package, pot package, etc. My Mouser order is out for delivery so I should be able to provide prices on ths different packages in the next few days. Let me know what you guys think.
The only thing Mouser backordered on me was the Power tranny. Three week lead time. I am sure there are a lot of other sources for the off the shelf Hammond though.
